Option 1) Non résident company employee

It is possible to start with a single registration of a business, for payroll purpose only, not for corporation tax, in countries such as France, Germany, Luxembourg etc...
This will allow for enough time to decide on a permanent relocation, or not.

Option 2) Incorporation, transfer or registration of a permanent establishment

If you have made up your mind, we will help you with the set up of the new structure. We will calculate the compensation budgets, we will manage the relocation, the transfer or local hire of staff.

We will assist you with tax, payroll, social protection and immigration when needed.
