Mandatory accreditation to manage French tax withholding

Companies based outside of the EU who employ and payroll staff in France must pay social contributions and withhold income tax at source (PAS).

Following the implementation of withholding tax in January 2019, France now imposes that such companies use an accredited company to manage the payment of withheld income taxes.

Adexpat is now a company accredited by the French state to operate such paiements.
