Herve Gaudin

Herve is our Founder and Managing Director.

He graduated from IEA Paris in 1992 then joined TNT where he worked in sales, customer service and quality, in France and in the UK from 1999. In 2001 he joined the international mobility world, heading the UK subsidiary of IMS, a French based international mobility consultancy. IMS UK closed down in 2004 and a major client asked Herve if he could continue serving him. Herve liked the idea and founded Adexpat on the spot.

Herve enjoys running Adexpat as much as he enjoys sailing his boat, motivating the team and working out the best route.

Nadège Derycke,

Nadège is the head of payroll services at Adexpat.

She graduated from Nice College in 1998, with a Master in finance and accountancy.

In 2000 she joined Externans international payroll team where she became the head of in 2002.

In 2004 Nadège moved to Adexpat within weeks after its incorporation to set up the payroll team.

She deals with payrollers from all over Europe, clients based worldwide and masters the high technicality of expatriate payroll.

Outside of work, you will find her on a ski slope or hiking on a path in the nearby French Alps with her two children.

Laurence Kaufman

Laurence is our Process manager.

She graduated from IEA Paris in 1992.

Major in tax she immediately joined Neutrogena as a financial controller.

In 1994 she was recruited by Roc as an international financial controller.

She joined Adexpat in 2009 and is in charge of all processes and complex client set-ups.

Busy mother of two she is also a passionate piano and organ player.

Valerie Vernieres

Valerie our IT expert, in charge of Adexpat payroll software development and client software payroll development. Her favourite projects usually involve creating bridges between our payroll software and our client payroll software. Beyond her degree in IT, she regularly attends trainings to keep on top of a fast moving technological environment.

And when she is not sitting in front of a computer screen she rides a horse, exploring Provence
