We are a group of 23 companies and each one has its own policies and HR team, and therefore at group level there is no consistency in the management of international mobility.
We mandated Adexpat to create a group international mobility policy, and to be the point of contact of all HR managers, whenever a request for an assignment occurred.
The challenge for Adexpat was to forcefully implement the new policy amongst a population of HR managers from various backgrounds and cultures (industry, services and retail). They used their experience to get everyone on board and roll out the programme to the 23 companies.
